ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ENLARGING THE BOUNDARIES OF
LATERAL SEWER DISTRICT NO. 14-2-A, IN TRUNK
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 14-2, A SUBDIVISION OF
SEWER DISTRICT NO. 13
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 14-2-
A, in Truck Sewer District No. 14-2, a subdivision of Sewer
District No. 131 as established by Ordinance No. 724, passed and
approved July 10, 1989, are hereby amended by the addition of an
area, described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Out Lot 62, said
point also being the Northeast corner of Out Lot 61 and
the true point of beginning; thence Southerly along the
West line of Out Lot 62 630 feet to a point on the North
boundary line of Sewer District 14-2-A; thence Easterly
along said North boundary line 950 feet to a pont; thence
North 70 52' 02" West, 340 feet to a point on the North
line of Outlot 62; thence Westerly along said North
boundary line 785 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 8.77 acres more or less.
ARTICLE 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause,
phrase or portion of this ordinance is for any reason held invalid
or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such
portion shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent
provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions hereof.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
