AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM NARVOL
A. RANDOL, JR. AND AMY C. RANDOL, FOR A WATER
MAIN EXTENSION TO SERVE PINEWOOD MOBILE HOME
COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts an Easement, executed by Narvol A. Randol, Jr. and Amy C.
Randol, his wife, conveying to the City an Easement for extension
of the water distribution system to serve Pinewood Mobile Home
Court, more particularly described as follows:
A part of the South Half of Outlot 52, United States Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
Southeast corner of Outlot 52; thence North 81° 28' 55" West,
1,306.33 feet, along the South line of Outlot 52 to the East right-
of-way line of West End Boulevard; thence North 070 49' 38" East,
565.0 feet, along said East right-of-way line; thence South 810 28'
55" East, 1,305.10 feet, parallel to the South line of Outlot 52 to
the East line of Outlot 52; thence South 070 41' 30" West, 565.02
feet, along said East line to the point of beginning.
ARTICLE 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
