AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE AMENDED RECORD
PLAT OF CAPE COMMERCIAL PARK SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The amended record plat of Cape Commercial Park
Subdivision, being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter, Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the City
and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Ashland Land
Development Corporation, a Missouri Corporation; Matthew J. and
Linda L. Coleman; Kishan Corporation, a Missouri Corporation; and
Clyde W. and Elizabeth L. Hughes, and bearing the certification of
R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 15,
1994, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
