AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AND ACCESS EASEMENT
FROM SIX THIRTY, INC. FOR SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE RELOCATED MID -SOUTH
STEEL PRODUCTS, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Easement, executed by Six Thirty, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City a Permanent Easement
for sanitary sewer improvements to serve relocated Mid -South Steel
Products, Inc., more particularly described as follows:
TRACT 1
A part of Out Lot No. 62 in United States Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land being 15.00 feet in width for the
construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line,
from Six Thirty Incorporated in favor of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Out Lot No. 61,
said point being also the Southwest corner of a tract of
land recorded in the land records of the County Recorders
Office in Book No. 497 at Page No. 794; thence along the
West line of Out Lot 61 North 070 12' 00" East, 637.40
feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way of Missouri
State Route 74, said point being the Northwest corner of
said tract of land, point being 111.00 feet Southerly of
and normal to the centerline of Route 74, Sta. 10+88.33;
thence along said right-of-way line, North 780 29' 00"
East, 2353.33 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said
point being 111.00 feet Southerly of and normal to the
centerline of Route 74, Sta. 34+41.66; thence continuing
along said right-of-way line, North 780 29' 00" East,
303.44 feet to a point being 111.00 feet Southerly of and
normal to the centerline of Route 74, Sta. 37+45.10, said
point being on the Northerly right-of-way of Corporate
Circle Drive and the beginning of a non -tangent curve
concave to the Southwest, having a central angle of 010
36' 08" and a radius of 542.35 feet, from which point a
radial line bears South 860 11' 12" West; thence along
said curve and right-of-way line in a Southeasterly
direction, 15.17 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way
line, South 780 291 00" West, 301.19 feet; thence North
110 31" 00" West, 15.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, containing 0.10 acres more or less. (4535.24
square feet)
TRACT 2
A part of Out Lot No. 62 in United States Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land being 20.00 feet in width for the
construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line,
from Six Thirty Incorporated in favor of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Out Lot No. 61,
said point being also the Southwest corner of a tract of
land recorded in the land records of the County Recorders
Office in Book No. 497 at Page No. 794; thence along the
West line of Out Lot 61 North 070 12' 00" East, 637.40
feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way of Missouri
State Route 74, said point being the Northwest corner of
said tract of land, point being 111.00 feet Southerly of
and normal to the centerline of Route 74, Sta. 10+88.33;
thence along said right-of-way line, North 780 29' 001'
East, 2717.26 feet to the True Point of Beginning, said
point being 111.00 feet Southerly of and normal to the
centerline of Route 74, Sta. 38+05.59, said point being
on the Southerly right-of-way of Corporate Circle Drive
and the beginning of a non -tangent curve concave to the
Northwest, having a central angle of 800 26' 38" and a
radius of 6.02.35 feet, from which point a radial line
bears South 850 24' 55" West; thence along said curve and
right-of-way line in a Southerly and Westerly direction
845.70 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line, South
140 081 27" East, 20.00 feet to the beginning of a non -
tangent curve concave to the Northwest, having a central
angle of 800 401 04" and a radius of 622.35, from which
point a radial line bears North 140 08' 27" West; thence
along said curve in a Easterly and Northerly direction,
876.21 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way line
of Missouri State Route 74, said point being 111.00 feet
Southerly of and normal to the centerline of Route 74,
Sta. 38+25.73; thence along said right-of-way line, South
780 291 00" West, 20.14 feet to the True Point of
Beginning, containing 0.40 acres more or less.

TRACT 3
A part of Out Lot No. 61 in United States Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land being 15 feet wide, lying 7.50 feet on
each side of the following described line, to be a
permanent sanitary easement, from Six Thirty Inc in
favor of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Outlot No. 61;
thence along the West line of Outlot No. 61, North 070
12' 00" East, 933.03 feet to a point on the North right-
of-way line of Missouri State Route 74; thence along said
right-of-way line North 780 29' 00" East, 2265.97 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right-
of-way line, North 110 31' 00" West, 541.59 feet; thence
North 430 39' 35" East, 189.85 feet and there terminating
at the North line of a tract of land as recorded in the
land records of the County Recorders Office in Book No.
457 at Page No. 728, said North line being also the South
line of an existing 15 foot wide sanitary sewer easement
in favor of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
The sidelines of said easement being prolonged and
shortened to terminate a_tthe North right-of-way line of
Missouri State Route 74 and with the South line of the
aforesaid existing easement.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Temporary Construction and Access Easement, executed by
Six Thirty, Inc., a Missouri Corporation, conveying to the City a
Temporary Construction and Access Easement for sanitary sewer
improvements to serve relocated Mid -South Steel Products, Inc.,
more particularly described as follows:
A part of Out Lot No. 61, United States Private Survey
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, being more particularly described as
follows:
A strip of land being 30 feet wide, lying 15.00 feet on
each side of the following described line, to be a
temporary construction and access easement, from Six
Thirty, Inc. in favor of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri.
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Outlot No. 61;
thence along the West line of Outlot No. 61, North 070

12' 00" East, 933.03 feet to a point on the North right-
of-way line of Missouri State Route 74; thence along said
right-of-way line North 780 29' 00" East, 2265.97 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence leaving said right-
of-way line, North 110 311 00" West, 541.59 feet; thence
North 430 39' 35" East, 163.58 feet; thence North 780 29'
00" East, 800.782 feet and there terminating.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
