AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FROM
ALBERT M. SPRADLING, III AND PAMELA S.
SPRADLING FOR THE CAPE LA CROIX CREEK/WALKER
BRANCH FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Albert M. Spradling,
I I I and Pamela S. Spradling, husband and wife, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for the
Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That part of Outlot Number 80 of United States Private
Survey Number 2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as follows:
Commence at a 611 x 611 concrete monument with steel
center, marking the Northeast corner of said Outlot
Number 80, thence with the North line of said Outlot,
North 820 58' 5311 West, 383.47 feet, to a 1/201 diameter
iron rod marking the Northwest corner of Lot Number 3 of
Walker's Subdivision, thence with the West line of said
Lot Number 3, South 070 12' 0811 West, 708.23 feet, thence
North 890 26' 5311 West, 83.26 feet, thence South 410 46'
4511 West, 340.48 feet, to Missouri East Zone State Plane
-Coordinate Northing 541; 4-16 43-,-and-Easting I f -096-f-388 e 41
the place of beginning; thence continue South 410 46' 4511
West, 6.19 feet, to Missouri East Zone State Plane

East Zone State Plane Coordinate Northing 541,382.95, and
Easting 1,096,321.83, thence North 140 54' 4411 East,
72.06 feet, to Missouri East Zone State Plane Coordinate
Northing 541,452.58, and Easting 1,096,340.37, thence
South 750 05' 1611 East, 17.83 feet, to Missouri East Zone
State Plane Coordinate Northing 541,447.99, and Easting
1,096,357.61, thence South 440 18' 1811 East, 44.10 feet,
to the place of beginning and containing 2,293 square
feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Temporary Construction Easement executed by Albert M.
Spradling, III and Pamela S. Spradling, husband and wife, conveying
to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Temporary Construction
Easement for the Cape La Croix Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control
Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That part of Outlot No. 80 of U.S. Private Survey No.
2199, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as follows:
