AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING A STOP
SIGN ON RAND STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing a stop sign in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
On Rand Street at Green Acres, Southeast Corner facing
South.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
