AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING YIELD
SIGNS ON PERRYVILLE ROAD AT ITS INTERSECTION
WITH LEXINGTON AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Perryville Road at Lexington Avenue, Northwest Corner
facing North, to require vehicles traveling South on
Perryville Road and turning West onto Lexington Avenue to
yield right-of-way to oncoming vehicles.
On Perryville Road at Lexington Avenue, Southeast Corner
facing South, to require vehicles traveling North on
Perryville Road and turning East onto Lexington Avenue to
yield right-of-way to oncoming vehicles.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
