HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd.1506.04-04-1994BILL NO. 94-57 ORDINANCE NO. �5(7C© AN ORDINANCE NAMING HUNTER'S LANE IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to name a former County road that was previously not named, and; WHEREAS, said former County road extends westward for a distance of approximately 1,500 feet from its intersection with Boulder Crest Drive, said intersection also being approximately 800 feet in a southward direction from the westward terminus of Boulder Crest Drive, and; WHEREAS, for purposes of fire and police protection, medical and other emergency services, and the general convenience of the residents of said road and the public at large, it is deemed necessary to apply a suitable name to said road; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The former County road, previously not named, as described above is hereby named Hunter's Lane in its entirety. ARTICLE 2.
