ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE NAMING VANTAGE DRIVE IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, pending development has increased the need to name
the existing North Outer Road on the East side of Interstate 55,
and;
WHEREAS, said North Outer Road extends northwestward from its
intersection with Farrar Drive to and beyond its intersection with
Exchange Drive, and;
WHEREAS, for purposes of fire and police protection, medical
and other emergency services, and the general convenience of the
occupants along said road and the public at large, it is deemed
necessary to apply a suitable name to said road;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The existing North Outer Road, as described above
is hereby named Vantage Drive in its entirety.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
