AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO GLEN
FOR ROBERTS STREET

RIGHT-OF-WAY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Mayor, for and on behalf of the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute a Quit Claim
Deed to Glen Hupp and Delia Hupp, husband and wife, for Roberts
Street right-of-way, more particularly described as follows, to -
wit:
Part of a tract of land in Red Star Subdivision, U.S.P.S.
2199, Township 31 North, Range 14 East, in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, being a part of the right-of-
way of Roberts Street, more particularly described as
follows:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1 of Red
Star Subdivision being also on the South right-of-way
line of Roberts Street; thence North 80 East
perpendicular to said right-of-way 3 feet; thence North
820 West parallel to said right-of-way 200.45 feet, to a
point of intersection with the East right-of-way of Big
Bend road; thence South 60 0' 14" East along the said
right-of-way of Big Bend Road 3.09 feet, to the Northwest
corner of said Lot 1; thence South 820 East along the
North line of said Lot 1 199.70 feet, to the point of
beginning.
ARTICLE 2. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
