AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ASHLAND HILLS ESTATES EIGHTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Ashland Hills Estates Eighth
Subdivision, part of Section 27, Township 31 North, Range 13 East
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by
Ashland Land Development Corporation, and bearing the certification
of R. M. Harrison a Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 28,
1993, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
