AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RANDOL FARMS ESTATES 2ND ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Randol Farms Estates 2nd
Addition, part of the South Half of Section 23, Township 31 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian and part of Lot 13 of
Randol Farms Estates, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau
Missouri, submitted by Randol Farms Development Co., Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, and bearing the certification of Scott A.
Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated November 20, 1995, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
