AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING PERMANENT EASEMENTS
FROM CARL MARKQUARDT, MARY MARKQUARDT, SAMMY
D. TALLEY AND KIM L. TALLEY FOR GREENBRIER
DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Easement, executed by Carl Markquardt and Mary
Markquardt, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Easement for Greenbrier Drive,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 13 East,
Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at an iron pin, being the Northeast Corner of
Northwood Hills Second Subdivision; thence South 000 41'
10" East, 390.03 feet to a point on the North right-of-
way line of Greenbrier Drive, said point also the
Southeast Corner of Lot 37 of Northwood Hills Second
Subdivision as recorded in Book 370, Page 413, in the
Office of the Cape Girardeau County Recorder; thence
south 890 20' 06" West, 5.07 feet to the place of
beginning; thence continue South 890 20' 06" West, along
said right-of-way line, 34.83 feet to a point; thence
North 260 08' 28" East, 33.30 feet; thence North 890 34'
34" East, 15.0 feet; thence South 090 531 10" East, 30.05
feet to the point of beginning and containing 740 square
feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Permanent Easement, executed by Sammy D. Talley and Kim
L. Talley, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Easement for Greenbrier Drive,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 24, Township 31 North, Range 13 East,
Fifth Principal Meridian, more particularly described as
follows:
Commence at an iron pin, being the Northeast Corner of
Northwood Hills Second Subdivision; thence South 000 41'
10" East, 440.03 feet to a point on the South right-of-
way line of Greenbrier Drive, said point also the
Northeast Corner of Lot 36 of Northwood Hills Second
Subdivision as recorded in Book 615, Page 559 in the
Office of the Cape Girardeau County Recorder; thence
South 891 20' 06" West, 25.19 feet, along said South
right-of-way line to the point of beginning; thence South
090 02' 18" West, 30.69 feet to a point; thence South 630
00' 15" West, 11.18 feet to a point; thence North 630 51'
57" West, 11.18 feet to a point; thence North 180 51' 32"
West, 31.76 feet, to a point on said right-of-way line;
thence North 890 20' 06" East, 35.09 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 802 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. �^
