AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY DEED
FROM THE CAPE GIRARDEAU BAPTIST ASSOCIATION
FOR THE SOUTH SPRIGG STREET ELEVATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a general warranty deed executed by the Cape Girardeau
Baptist Association, a Missouri Not -for -Profit corporation,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a general
warranty deed for the South Sprigg Street Elevation Project, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
All of Lot 5 in Block 1, except for the North 5 feet and 4 inches,
and all of Lots 6 and 7 in Block 1 in Smelterville in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, as recorded in Plat
Book 2 at page 42.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. �]
