AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
CAPE WEST SEVENTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Cape West Seventh Subdivision,
a resubdivision of Lot 16 of Cape West Fifth Subdivision and a
resubdivision of Lot 17 of Cape West Sixth Subdivision and a part
of Lots 1 and 3 of Commissioners Plat of subdivision of United
States Private Survey No. 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau Missouri, submitted by Drury Land Development, Inc., a
Missouri Corporation, Drury Inns Incorporated, a Missouri
Corporation, and Dayton Hudson Corporation, a Minnesota
Corporation, and bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated November 1, 1995, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
