AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FROM
KEITH W. BOELLER AND MARY A. BOELLER; DENNIS

JAMES W. LEWIS AND LAURA C. LEWIS; ROBERT E.

WYNKOOP AND YOSHIKO SATO FOR PEBBLE LANE IN
TWIN LAKES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Keith W. Boeller and Mary A.
Boeller, husband and wife, conveying -to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a Quit Claim Deed for the maintenance of Pebble Lane,
Twin Lakes Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, to -
wit:
Part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of a Resubdivision of Lots
17, 18, 19 and 20 of Twin Lakes Subdivision in the County and City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. More particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at an Iron Pin at the Northwest corner of Lot 10, also
being the intersection of the East Right of Way line of South Lake
Drive and the South Right of Way line of Pebble Lane, having
M.S.P.C. of N: 542,003.9437 (feet), E: 1,082,547.1208 (feet), said
point also being in a circular curve; thence along said circular
curve to the right, having a radius of 606.30 feet, on a chord
bearing of North 290 28, 23" East, for a chord distance of 20.00
feet to a point of tangent; thence continuing along the East Right
of Way line of South Lake Drive, North 301 25, 06" East, 20.00 feet
to an Iron Pin marking the North Right of Way line of Pebble Lane;
thence South 590 34, 54" East, along the North Right of Way line of

accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Dennis Dobson, a single
person, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Quit
Claim Deed for the maintenance of Pebble Lane, Twin Lakes
Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of a Resubdivision of Lots
17, 18, 19 and 20 of Twin Lakes Subdivision in the County and City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. More particularly described as
follows:
