AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
JENIC LEASING, INC. FOR THE CLOSURE OF THE
CITY LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by Jenic Leasing, Inc., a
Missouri corporation, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a Quit Claim Deed for the Cape Girardeau City Landfill
Closure, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
That part of the Northwest quarter of Section 22,
Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of U.S.P. Survey No.
2276; thence North 630 54' 0911 East, along the Northwest
line thereof, 396.00 feet to a stone; thence continue
North 630 54' 0911 East, 968.22 feet for a place of
beginning; thence North 130 05' 4711 West, 129.30 feet
(record = North 100 05' West, 127.0 feet); thence South
890 39' 4911 East, 283.00 feet (record = North 890 15'
East, 283.00 feet) to a point on an access road on the
Northwest line of U.S.P. Survey No. 2276; thence South
630 54' 0911 West, 282.5 feet to the place of beginning,
in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, containing 0.4085
acres.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
