AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT
FROM RANDOL FARMS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC. IN
SEWER DISTRICT 14-1-D-1, RANDOL FARMS SEVENTH
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Water Line Easement, executed by Randol Farms Development
Company, Inc., conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
a Water Line Easement for certain real estate in Sewer District 14-
1-D-1, Randol Farms Seventh Subdivision, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
A 10 foot Water Easement being 5 foot on either side of
the following described centerline located over Lots 1
and 2 of Randol Farms Seventh Subdivision, a Subdivision
of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, in the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri: Commence at
the Southeast corner of Lot #1 of said Randol Farms
Seventh Subdivision; thence North 000 531 0011 East along
the East line thereof, 12.00 feet to the place of
beginning; thence North 890 07,1 0011 West, 6.61 feet;
thence South 000 531 0001 West, 26.00 feet; thence South
890 07' 0001 East, 6.61 feet to the East line of said Lot
#2 and the terminus of this easement.
ARTICLE . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
