AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING QUIT CLAIM DEEDS FROM
E & R LEASING COMPANY AND PIONEER DEVELOPMENT
AND ORCHARD COMPANY, IN THE SOUTHWEST TRUNK
SEWER PROJECT, PHASE 2, SECTION 2
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Quit Claim Deed executed by E & R Leasing Company, a
Partnership, conveying to the City a Quit Claim Deed for property
in the Southwest Trunk Sewer Project, Phase 2, Section 2, and more
particularly described as follows:
That part of U.S.P. Survey No. 173, Township 30 North, Range 13
East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri,
described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest Corner of U.S.P. Survey No. 222, Township
30 North, Range 13 East, the place of beginning; thence North 70 34'
12" East, with the West line of said Survey No. 222, a distance of
141.74 feet; thence South 480 22' 07" West, 301.95 feet; thence
South 70 34' 12" West, 267.91 feet; thence North 600 18' 05" East,
96.41 feet; thence North 480 22' 07" East, 392.23 feet; thence North
820 40' 02" West, 135.72 feet, to the place of beginning and
containing 68,337.0 square feet, more or less.
ALSO: That part of U.S.P. Survey No. 173, Township 30 North, Range
