AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF SECTION
26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING A
HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE ON SOUTH MIDDLE
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking spaces in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Middle Street, 537 South -- Begin 214 feet North of the
Northwest corner of the intersection of College Street
and South Middle Street along the West curb line and
continue Northward for a distance of 25 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
