MISSOURI,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Aspen Park Townhouses
Subdivision, being all of Lot No. 1 of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No.
6 being a part of Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 13 East of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau Missouri, submitted by the G. Keith Deimund Trust, G.
Keith Deimund, Trustee, and the David F. Dormeyer Voluntary Trust,
David F. Dormeyer, Trustee, and bearing the certification of Wayne
Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 17, 1994, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the plat
with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the seal of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
