The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Norma Mungle and Bill Mungle, husband and wife, and a Deed of Real Estate by Conservator of the Estate under Private Sale Ordered by Court executed. by Norma Mungle, Conservator of the estate of Carla Jean Mungle, a minor, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri., property for the 1995 Flood Buyout Program, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: All of Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Eight (8) of Marble City Heights Addition, lying South and West of North End Boulevard in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, as shown by Plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at page 36, land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. ARTICLE 2.
