AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF FOREST HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Forest Hills Estates
Subdivision,. a part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29,
Township 31 North, Range 14 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Holigan
Homes, Inc., a Texas Corporation, and bearing the certification of
R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 31,
1997, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
revised record plat with the date of Council approval and affix
thereto the seal of the Citv of Cabe Girardeau. Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
