AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-248 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON SPRING AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing limited parking areas in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Spring Avenue - West Side, beginning at a point 120 feet
South of the Southwest corner of Spring Avenue and Themis
Street, and continuing South for a distance of 266 feet
and there terminating, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday
through Friday.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
