AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF SWEETBRIAR TOWNHOUSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Sweetbriar Townhouses, all of
Lot 4 of Sweetbriar Estates, City and County of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, submitted by Gary M. Arnold and Doris Jean Arnold, and
bearing the certification of David L. Harrison, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated October 9, 1997, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
revised record plat with the date of Council approval and affix
thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
