AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RANDOL FARMS ESTATES 2ND ADDITION AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Randol Farms Estates 2nd
Addition Amended, a subdivision of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Randol Farms
Estates 2nd Addition, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau
Missouri, submitted by Randol Farms Development Company, Inc., and
bearing the certification of Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated July 9, 1997, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
revised record plat with the date of Council approval and affix
thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
