ORDINANCE NO. 2193 _
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TEMPORARY SPOIL DISPOSAL EASEMENTS FROM
RANDOL FARMS DEVELOPMENT, INC. AND FIRST PENTECOSTAL CHURCH, INC.
FOR THE WALKER BRANCH PHASE III OF THE CAPE LA CROIX CREEK/WALKER
BRANCH FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Temporary Spoil Disposal
Easement executed by Randol Farms Development, Inc., conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a Temporary Spoil Disposal Easement for the Walker Branch Phase III of the Cape LaCroix
Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Tract No. 1
Part of Lot 2 in Woodland Place Ninth Subdivision in the County and City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: the West 150 feet of said
Lot 2, owned by Randol Farms Development, Inc., as recorded in Book 489 on Page
531 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri.
Tract No. 2:
All of Lot 1 in Woodland Place Second Subdivision in the County and City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, owned by Randol Farms Development, Inc., as recorded in Book
489 on Page 531 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson,
Missouri.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Temporary Spoil Disposal
Easement executed by First Pentecostal Church, Inc., conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, a Temporary Spoil Disposal Easement for the Walker Branch Phase III of the Cape LaCroix
Creek/Walker Branch Flood Control Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Part of Lot 1 in Woodland Place Ninth Subdivision in the County and City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: the East 200 feet of said
Lot 1, owned by First Pentecostal Church, Inc., as recorded in Book 627 on Page 672
in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full -force and effect ten days after its passage and
approval.
