COONCE; LARRY G. McELROY AND REGINA B McELROY; JULIA A. HEATH FOR THE TWIN LAKES SUBDIVISION WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Permanent Easement executed by James H. Jones and Dixie A. Jones, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Easement for the Twin Lakes Subdivision Water Main Extension Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Part of Lot 1 of 'Twin Lakes Subdivision in the County and City of Cape Girardeau in the State of Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Part of a tract of land owned by James H. and Dixie A. Jones as recorded in Book 349 on Page 116 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri, and being a 10 foot wide strip of land parallel and adjacent to the North line of said tract and also 'being parallel and adjacent to The West of the hereinafter described centerline of an existing 20 foot wide access easement as recorded in Book 349 on Page 116 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri, and described therein, and which is described as follows: commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1.; thence South 89 degrees, 26 minutes, 00 seconds West along the North line of said Lot 1, 162.60 feet to the point of beginning; thence, leaving said North line, South 13 degrees, 41 minutes, 00 seconds West, 1.51.50 feet to a point; thence South 03 degrees, 32 minutes, 00 seconds East, 64.00 feet to a point; thence South 30 degrees, 37 minutes, 00 seconds East, 105.20 feet to a point; thence South 54 degrees, 37 minutes, 00 seconds East, 90.00 feet to a point and there terminating; and being the same as the easement for access as described in Book 349 on Page 116; and being subject to existing easements and rights-of-way. ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Permanent Easement executed by Don Curtis Coonce and Charmaine M. Coonce, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Easement for the Twin Lakes Subdivision Water Main Extension Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Part of Lots 12 and 13 of Twin Lakes Subdivision in the County and City of Cape Girardeau in the State of Missouri, and being part of a tract of land owned by Don Curtis Coonce and Charmaine M. Coonce, as recorded in Book 763 on Page 811 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 13; thence South 07 degrees, 26 minutes, 00 seconds East, with the West line of said Lot 13, a distance of 165.04 feet; thence North 82 degrees, 34 minutes, 00 seconds East, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 02 degrees, 35 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 13.65 feet to the place of beginning; thence continuing South 02 degrees, 35 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 76.85 feet; thence North 35 degrees, 54 minutes, 00 seconds Bast, a distance of 115.00 feet; thence North 34 degrees, 41 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 21.21 feet; thence South 35 degrees, 54 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 36.88 feet; thence South 82 degrees 34 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 30.53 feet to the place of beginning, and also including a 10 foot wide strip of land parallel and adjacent on the East of the above said line bearing North 35 degrees, 54 minutes, 00 seconds East, a distance of 65.00 feet, said 10 foot wide strip of land being the same as an access easement described and recorded in Book 763 on Page 811, and being subject to existing easements and rights- of-way. ARTICLE 3. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Permanent Easement executed by Larry G. McElroy and Regina B. McElroy, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Easement for the Twin Lakes Subdivision Water Main Extension Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Part of Lot 12 of Twin Lakes Subdivision in the County and City of -Cape Girardeau in the State of - Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Part of a tract of land owned by Larry G. and Regina B. McElroy as recorded in Book 641 on Page 741 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri, and being a 10 foot wide strip of land parallel and adjacent to the West line of said tract, said West line bearing South 35 degrees, 54 minutes, 00 seconds West, a distance of 120.00 feet, and being subject to existing easements and rights-of-way. ARTICLE 4. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a Permanent Easement executed by Julia A. Heath, a single person, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Permanent Easement for the Twin Lakes Subdivision Water Main Extension Project, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Part of Lot 12 of Twin Lakes Subdivision in the County and City of Cape Girardeau in the State of Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Part of a tract of land owned by Julia A. Heath as recorded in Book 835 on Page 340 in the Cape Girardeau County Office of the Recorder in Jackson, Missouri, and being a 10 foot wide strip of land parallel and adjacent to the West line of said tract and also being the same as the easement for access as described in Book 835 on Page 340; and being subject to existing easements and rights-of-way.
