ORDINANCE NO. CQ 150
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ON JEFFERSON STREET, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
Jefferson Street -- both sides, from the intersection of
Jefferson and Asher Streets, Westward along the North and
South curb line for a distance of 60 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
