AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF SECTION
26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING NO
PARKING ON WEST END BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
West End Boulevard -- both sides, beginning at the
intersection with William Street, continuing South along
the East and West curb lines for a distance of 146 feet.
West End Boulevard -- West side, beginning at the
intersection with William Street, continuing North along
the West curb line for a distance of 167 feet.
West End Boulevard -- East side, beginning at the
intersection with William Street, continuing North along
the East curb line for a distance of 105 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
