AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEDICATION PLAT OF CAPE WEST SEVENTH
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Right -of -Way Dedication Plat of Cape West
Seventh Subdivision, for Lambert Drive, Shirley Drive, Lowes Drive
and a part of Siemers Drive, a part of Lots 1 and 3 of
Commissioners Plat of Subdivision of United States Private Survey
No. 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal
Meridian, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau Missouri,
submitted by Drury Land Development, Inc., a Missouri Corporation,
and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, and bearing the
certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated March 11, 1997, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
revised record plat with the date of Council approval and affix
thereto the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. Pursuant to Section 3.15 of the Charter of the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, this measure is adopted as an
emergency measure as it constitutes a Bill concerning the immediate
preservation of public peace, property, health, safety or morals.
Accordingly, this ordinance will take effect immediately upon its
passage and approval.
