BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEA]
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
Construction Easement executed by Ronald J. and Marlene Honaker, husband and
wife, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Temporary Construction
Easement for the Belleridge Subdivision Street Improvement Project, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Parcel No. 15-907-00-11-007.00SO002
Port of Lot 2, Block 0' 8o|laddgo Subdivision, o subdivision ofpart ofFractional Sections 25 and
26 and U.S.P.S. 2198, Township 31 North' Range 13 East, City and County ofCape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
From the point of beginning at the 0urthvvamt corner of Lot 2, Block 8 of said Bo|kaddge
Subdivision; measure South 89" 16' East, 15.Ofeet; thence South 0° 31'VVeot, 64.1 feet; thence
South 890 1O'East, 3O.Ofeet; thence South O^ 31'West, 4O.Dfeet; thence North Bg" 16'VVeat,
45.Ofeet tothe Southwest corner ofsaid Lot 2;thence North D° 31'East along the West line of
said Lot 2 o distance of 104.1 feat to the point of beginning.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days after its
passage and approval.
