AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF SECTION
26-260 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING A
HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE ON NORTH FOUNTAIN
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking spaces in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
North Fountain Street -- Beginning at a point 40 feet
South of the Southeast corner of the intersection of
Broadway and North Fountain Street, continuing South
along the East curb line for a distance of 25 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
