YD�3 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF AMERICAN RV STORAGE SUBDIVISION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The record plat of American RV Storage Subdivision, a subdivision being that part of Lots 21 and 24 of R. Sturdivant's Subdivision of Outlot 58 in U.S.P.S. 2199, recorded in the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 2 at Page 61, all of Lots 1, 2,. and 3 in Block 1, and Lot •4 in Block 3 of Second Sunset Addition as recorded in said Land Records in Plat Book 5 at Page 3, that part of Outlot 57 in U.S.P.S. 2199, that part of vacated Merriwether Street Right of Way, that part of vacated Sunset Boulevard Right of Way, and that part of abandoned Missouri Pacific Railroad Right of Way, all in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by. R. Hetzel Properties, LLC, and Roofers Mart, Inc.; bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated February 9, 2017, including any exceptions and variances contained therein, is hereby approved. ARTICLE 2.
