AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
VOLLE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Volle Subdivision, being all
of Lots 55 and 56 of Williamsburg Phase 4 as recorded in
Document No. 2019-04441 in the land records of Cape Girardeau
County, Missouri, in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,
State of Missouri, submitted by David Volle and Christine Volle,
husband and wife, bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 24th day of June, 2022, is
hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri .
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
