AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR CAPITAL
EXPENDITURE OF UNAPPROPRIATED TRANSPORTATION
TRUST FUND VI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE
30, 2023, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates expenditures related to the
Transportation Trust Fund VI for:
Street Maintenance - One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($1, 200, 000 . 00) to pay for asphalt street maintenance.
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
