AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING STOP SIGNS AT SIEMERS DRIVE,
LAMBERT DRIVE, BLOOMFIELD ROAD AND MT.
AUBURN ROAD, AND AMENDING SCHEDULE E OF
SECTION 26-283 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT MT. AUBURN
ROAD AND BLOOMFIELD ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Siemers Drive, at Bloomfield Road, northwest corner facing
north
On Siemers Drive, at Bloomfield Road, southeast corner facing
south
On Bloomfield Road, at Siemer Drive, northeast corner facing
east
On Bloomfield road, at Siemers Drive, southwest corner facing
west
On Siemers Drive, at Lambert Drive, northwest corner facing
north
On Siemers Drive, at Lambert Drive, southeast corner facing
south
On Lambert Drive, at Siemers Drive, southwest corner facing
west
On Lambert Drive, at Siemers Drive, northeast corner facing
east.
On Mt. Auburn Road, at Bloomfield Road, southeast corner facing
south
ARTICLE 2. Schedule E of Section 26-238 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing a four-way stop in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
Mt. Auburn Road at its intersection with Bloomfield Road
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
