AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER AND UTILITY
EASEMENT FROM MIDAMERICA HOTELS CORPORATION,
FOR MAINTENANCE OF SEWER DISTRICT 14-1-C-1,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer and Utility Easement for maintenance of Sewer
District 14-1-C-1, executed by MidAmerica Hotels Corporation,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following
described real property, to -wit:
THAT PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NUMBER 3090,
IN TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, AND BEING MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Outlot Number 85
of United States Private Survey 2199, thence North
84016156" West, 35.00 feet, to a 1/2" diameter iron
rod on the Northeast corner of Doctor's Park
Subdivision, a Subdivision on file in the land records
of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri in Plat Book 8, at
Page 14, said point being also the Southeast corner of
Lot Number 1 of Park West Hospitality Center Number 1,
a Subdivision on file in the land records of Cape
Girardeau County, Missouri in Plat Book 16, at Page
88; thence along the Western right-of-way line of
existing Mt. Auburn Road, North 04038115" East, 315.95
feet, to the point of beginning; thence continue North
04038115" East, 108.78 feet; thence leaving said
right-of-way line, North 64028156" West, 10.70 feet;
thence South 04038115" West, 100.94 feet; thence South
41036146" West, 122.70 feet; thence South 48023114"
East, 15.00 feet; thence North 41036146" East, 119.40
feet, to the point of beginning and containing 2,864
square feet or 0.07 acres, more or less.

ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
