ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING STOP SIGNS ON FREDERICK STREET,
AND AMENDING SCHEDULE E OF SECTION 26-283
OF THE CITY CODE, BY ENACTING A FOUR-WAY
STOP AT FREDERICK STREET AND BELLEVUE
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Frederick Street, at its intersection with Bellevue
Street, southeast corner, facing south
Frederick Street, at its intersection with Bellevue
Street, northwest corner, facing north
ARTICLE 2. Schedule E of Section 26-238 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by enacting a four-way stop in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
Frederick Street, at its intersection with Bellevue Street
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
