AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
OWENS SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Owens Subdivision, being a
part of Lot No. 2, Monticello Second Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book No. 3 at Page No. 16, lying in Outlot No. 73 of United
States Private Survey No. 2199, T 31 N, R 14 E, of the 5th P.M. ,
in the City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by
Brian E. Rellergert and Kyle E. Owens, bearing the certification
of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
August 2, 2006, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
