AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE F OF
SECTION 26-247 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE IN THE 200
BLOCK OF BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule F of Section 26-247 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a no parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway, south side, starting at the southeast corner of
Broadway and Lorimier and extending a distance of 40 feet
and then terminating.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
