ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF
SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
REPEALING STOP SIGNS ON LINDEN STREET, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
Linden Street, at its intersection with Benton Street,
northeast corner facing east and the southwest corner
facing west.
Linden Street, at its intersection with Pacific Street,
northeast corner facing east and the southwest corner
facing west.
Linden Street, at its intersection with Ellis Street,
northeast corner facing east and the southwest corner
facing west.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
