AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
EMERALD FOREST SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Emerald Forest Second
Subdivision, being all of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 of Giboney Woods First
Amended, and all of Lot Number 2 of Giboney Woods Fourth
Subdivision, and all of Lots Numbered 1 & 2, and part of Lot
Number 3 & 22 of Giboney Woods Third Subdivision in U.S.P.
Survey Number 787, in Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by California Homes, Inc.,
bearing the certification of Brian W. Strickland, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated June 12, 2006, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
