AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING VARIOUS EASEMENTS
FROM DALHOUSIE, L.L.C., FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
SERVE DALHOUSIE SUBDIVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts various easements from Dalhousie, L.L.C., for
improvements to serve Dalhousie Subdivisions, conveying to the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real
property, to -wit:
Lift Station Access Easement 1
THAT PART OF LOT C83 OF THE HIGHLANDS AT DALHOUSIE -
PHASE I, A SUBDIVISION ON FILE IN THE LAND RECORDS OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY IN PLAT BOOK 22 AT PAGE 34,
TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
Begin at the Northernmost corner of said Lot C83;
thence with the Northeastern line of said Lot South
63008151" East, 12.00 feet; thence leaving said line
along the arc of a curve to the Southwest being
concave to the Northwest and having a radius of 337.00
feet and a distance of 3.93 feet; (the chord of said
arc bears South 27°11'10" West, 3.93 feet); thence
South 62048122" West, 71.17 feet, to a point on the
Right of Way line of Langholm Road; thence with said
line along the arc of a curve to the Northwest being
concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 52.00
feet and a distance of 12.11 feet; (the chord of said
arc bears North 20031122" West, 12.08 feet), to a
point on the Northwestern line of said lot; thence
with said line North 62048122" East, 65.91 feet, to
the point of beginning and containing 843 square feet,
more or less.

Begin at the Northernmost corner of Lot C83 of the
Highlands at Dalhousie - Phase I, a subdivision on
file in the Land Records of Cape Girardeau County in
Plat Book 22, at Page 34; thence with the Northeastern
line of said Lot South 63008151" East, 12.00 feet;
thence leaving said line along the arc of a curve to
the Northeast being concave to the Northwest and
having a radius of 337.00 feet and a distance of 50.70
feet; (the chord of said arc bears North 2203213411
East, 50.65 feet); thence North 18°13'58" East, 125.18
feet; thence North 11046102" West, 26.93 feet; thence

18013158" West, 15.54 feet, to a point on the Northern

ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
