AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A WATERLINE AND FIRE
HYDRANT EASEMENT FROM DSW DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN
UNDERGROUND WATER LINE AND FIRE HYDRANT FOR
THE SILVER SPRINGS MEDICAL CENTER, IN THE
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Waterline Fire Hydrant Easement, executed by DSW
Development Corporation, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Waterline and Fire Hydrant Easement for
construction of an underground water line and fire hydrant for
the Silver Springs Medical Center, in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
A PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 2199,
TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE FIFTH
PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
STATE OF MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 3 of Silver
Springs First Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book No.
14 at Page No. 41 of the land records of the County
Recorder's Office; Thence S 080 21' 40" W, 5.00 feet
along the east right of way line of Silver Springs
Road; Thence leaving said east right of way S 820 21'
04" E, 5.00 feet; Thence N 080 21' 40" E, 5.00 feet to
point on the north line of said Lot 3; Thence along
said north line, N 820 21' 04" W, 5.00 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 25.00 square feet, more
or less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
