ERLBACHER, II, AND JOANNE ERLBACHER, FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO SERVE DALHOUSIE, L.L.C., SUBDIVISIONS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts various easements for improvements to serve Dalhousie Subdivisions, L.L.C., Subdivision, executed by Dalhousie, L.L.C., and Robert W. Erlbacher, II, and Joanne Erlbacher, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the following described real property, to -wit: Legal Description 1 - Dalhousie, L.L.C. THAT PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NUMBER 3139, TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commence at the North corner of Lot C6 of The Highlands at Dalhousie - Phase I a subdivision on file in the land records of Cape Girardeau County in Plat Book 22 at Page 34; thence with the Northeast line of said Lot C6 South 60'08130" East, 7.72 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing with said line south 60008130" East, 15.45 feet; thence leaving said line North 15055150" East, 42.88 feet; thence North 740 04110" West, 15.00 feet; thence South 15o 55' 50" West, 39.16 feet, 39.16 feet, to the point of beginning and containing 615 square feet, more or less.
