ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE O OF
SECTION 26-216 OF THE CITY CODE, BY
ELIMINATING LEFT TURNS ON THEMIS STREET AT
MAIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule O of Section 26-216 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by eliminating left turns in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
Main Street and Themis Street Intersection, all four corners.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
