ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
IRELAND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Ireland Subdivision, being a
resubdivision of Lots 16, 17 & 20 in Block 14 of West End Place
Addition; a part of the northeast quarter of Section 6, Township
30 North, Range 14 East, of the 5th p.m., City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Ward N. Ireland and Nelda R.
Ireland, bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 6, 2006, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect ten days after its passage and approval.
