ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING UNDERGROUND UTILITY
EASEMENTS AND WATERLINE EASEMENTS FROM
DALHOUSIE, L.L.C., AND THE ELMWOOD FARMS
LIMITED FAMILY PARTNERSHIP, L.P., TO SERVE
THE DALHOUSIE, L.L.C. CLUBHOUSE AND
COTTAGES, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts underground utility easements and waterline easements to
serve the Dalhousie, L.L.C., clubhouse and cottages, executed by
Dalhousie, L.L.C., and Elmwood Farms Limited Family Partnership,
L.P., conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the
following described real property, to -wit:
