AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE T OF
SECTION 26-260 OF THE CITY CODE BY
ESTABLISHING HANDICAP PARKING ON
NORTH SPRIGG STREET IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by ESTABLISHING a handicap parking zone in the City of Cape
Girardeau at the following location:
North Sprigg Street - east side, beginning at a point 166
feet south of southeast corner of the intersection of
North Sprigg Street and Themis Street continuing south
along the east curb line a distance of 22 feet.
ARTICLE 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
